Living Well Expo to be held on Tuesday September 14th at the Bossier Civic Center

The Family and Consumer Science Extension Agents in North Louisiana are presenting a  Living Well Expo on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon at the Bossier Civic Center located at 620 Benton Road in Bossier City.   Admission is Free !

The Living Well Expo will include Seminars, Exhibits, Door Prizes and Demos all centered around the 3 areas of Food, Family and Finance.  Seminars will be presented by Extension FCS agents on topics such as:  Quick and Easy Dishes,  Healthy Snacks for Children, “Is My Child Ready for Kindergarten?”, Internet Safety for Children, Credit Card Updates and “Who Gets Grandma’s Yellow Pie Plate?” … a program for transferring untitled property.

These are only a few of the seminars that will be presented on a rotational basis in the Banquet Area of the Bossier Civic Center.   Parking is free at the Bossier Civic Center.   The programs at this Living Well Expo  are designed to appeal to adults of all ages.
